Research Partners was asked to conduct a search for three Product Directors in the field of media and eCommerce. Our client is one of the largest global media and e-commerce businesses.

Having a 10-year track record within the product and tech space of the digital sector, and by utilizing our network and experience, we carried out a global search for senior product leaders. As a result, we created a rich talent pipeline of over 400 candidates based in Asia, North and South America, Europe, Russia, Africa, and the Middle East.

As we faced challenges head on within each of the three roles, we worked closely with our client in producing the correct messaging in order to target and attract the most visionary product leaders.

Throughout the search, we provided regular weekly updates, market feedback and detailed search statistics. From having frequent communication with our client we were also able to constantly refine our search strategy, which resulted in making 3 successful hires.

Having extensive knowledge of the global eCommerce market place we were able to access key leaders in the space who we regularly engage with. We tapped into our growing relationships for referrals, industry insight and sourcing around best outreach approach into this particular talent group across the different regions.

Since search campaigns in the online / e-commerce segment are such a large part of our business with approximately 30% of projects, we were able to utilise our significant experience to capture leading product executives in this industry segment.
